How To Make a Celebrity Layout using only the tools provided on this site, MS Paint, & maybe Microsoft Word for text.
1. Open Paint. Choose a background. Make sure the size of the background is larger than the space you are going to paint on. Paste the background on it. I'm going to use a puff background
2. Now go to image - stretch/skew. Make it much larger than you intend for the final product to be. If you use a smaller background 200% is probably good, if you use a larger background leave it the way it is 3. Paste some brushes. Larger circle brushes will probably work best for now. Copy and paste them all around. Use some bubbles too, and put smaller brushes on top. Stretch some of the brushes... It's okay if it looks pixelated now... that will be fixed later. When you paste these brushes, make sure that the background color behind the brushes is the same as the background color on your paint pallet. (right click on a color to change the background). Use as many difference brushes... and don't be afraid to use the same brush multiple times
4. After you have used many brushes, but less than you intend to end your layout with, go to image -- stretch skew and shrink the layout to about the size you want the final layout to be. I'm shrinking mine 50%
5. Paste more brushes... use different kinds of brushes... many different kinds.
6. When you're finished, make the image 200% (go to stretch/skew again) larger and choose a large transparent blog. and move it however you like. Click on the gray outside of the layout then change the layout size to 50%. If you want it the white to show up more, but still be transparent, make the image 200% again, then paste the transparent blog on top exactly where it already is then change the layout size to 50%. Repeat as many times as you like.
7. Change the size to 200%. Paste on a png. Change the layout to 50%. Mess around with any cropping or size changed that you like... you finished ^^ this is what my layout turned out looking like:
